Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Chardonay Deli, Erf 2134, 87 Constantia Main Road, Constantia, for the sale of liquor for consumption On Premises, Ref No LLA21030012, not be supported.
