Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Rosevean, Erf 12966, Groot Constantia Road, Constantia, for the sale of liquor for consumption On Premises, Ref No LLA21030010, be supported.
