Mr. Daniels said that the report provides information about the operational activities and functions in Wards 2,37,38,39,40 and 41 implemented by Recreation and Parks from January to March 2021.
Mr. Daniels said Mr. Bidla is available in this meeting and is able to speak on this item.
Mr. Bidla apologized for not being able to respond on time and indicated that he is standing in for Jacques Cedras to answer clarity questions from the Cllrs.
Cllr Nyingwa wanted to find out from Mr. Bidla when the Nyanga Family park will be handed over to the community as he has engaged with him at some point.
Mr. Bidla said that the Family Park technical handover is happening on the 19th of April at 13h00 with the PMO Office, he requested for the manager to postpone his handover for the afternoon. They are still sorting out technical issues and will do the official handover on Wednesday the 21st of April 2021.
Mr. Daniels indicated that a meeting is requested for Mr. Bidla, Cllr Nyingwa and the Subcouncil to discuss and plan the handover.
