a.) That the content of the report regarding Monthly Report on Land Use Applications Received for Subcouncil 8 – March 2021, BE NOTED.
b.) That the Land Use Audit for Subcouncil 8 be conducted to establish how much land is available for developing within Subcouncil 8 with special reference to the Public Open Spaces.
