RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2

1. That the response to the Motion by Cllr B Hansen: Issues of Designated Less Formal Township Establishment Areas (LFTEA’S) in Ward 111 (Wallacedene) BE NOTED;
2. That a task group be formulated to drive a pilot project (10 properties in Wallacedene) that consist of the following councillors: Ald M Nieuwoudt, Cllr B Hansen, Cllr S Nonkeyizana and Cllr S Duka;
3. That Subcouncil 2 be part of a pilot project to attend to Issues of Designated Less Formal Township Establishment Areas (LFTA’S) in Ward 111 (Wallacedene)
4. That a meeting be arranged with all the relevant role-players in order to discuss (ii) above.
