RESOLVED that Subcouncil 16:
-
support the allocation of funding to provide food relief to the communities within its area of jurisdiction in line with Council resolution C09/01/21(d);
-
support the renegotiated organisations and proposed disbursement amounts as follows:

note that Council has granted the Area Directors, in consultation with Subcouncil Managers and the Finance Manager: Urban Management, the authority to renegotiate additional areas of distribution to cover all wards with the qualifying organisations;
