Resolution detail

It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 RECOMMENDED that a portion of erf 23902 Cape Town in extent 674m², indicated as ABCDE on plan STC 3696, attached as annexure A, to the report, be reserved for the Traffic and Law Enforcement Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised as office space and deployment centre for staff that police the N1, N2, M3, M5, R27 and N7 only;

2. Traffic and Law Enforcement takes cognisance and agree to the internal branch comments listed under paragraph 8, of the report;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Safety and Security Directorate.
