The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report on Subcouncil 14 Ward Committee proposed meeting dates and venues for 2021

Cllr Makasi said that all councillors should respond on the dates.

Cllr Nyingwa approved the dates and time as tabled.

Cllr Zondani said that due to upcoming local government elections he would like October to be amended and June the time to change to 16:00. He also requested tea and coffee in meetings.

Cllr Manata approved the dates and time as tabled.

Cllr Ngxumza said he would like the time to be changed to 17:00 and also the venue to be Lotus Park instead of Pholar Park.

Cllr Jacobs approved the dates and times as tabled.

Cllr Makasi said that Director Solomons wrote that tea and coffee can be arranged in meeting as Cllr Zondani requested earlier. She further said that the administration will have to contact Cllr Yozi to find out if he does not have any amendments he would like make. Meetings dates for October should not be changed at this point.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

That the Report on Subcouncil 14 Ward Committee Proposed Meeting Dates and Venues for 2021 BE NOTED with amendments proposed by councillors.
