UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That Subcouncil 3 recommends to redistribute the funds allocated to Wards 1, 5 and 70 which will not be utilized, equally amongst the remaining wards of the Subcouncil and approved service providers, namely Wards 4, 107 and 113 as per table below:
