That having taken cognisance of the line department’s initial recommendation not to support an all way stop, the outcome of the site visit supported this recommendation as per the subsequent further assessment referred to in par (b) below.

TNDN1684 – De Keur & Florida (All way stop)
That as per the repeat assessments and site visits conducted, it be noted that the Subcouncil supports the recommendation of the Line Department NOT TO APPROVE an all way stop at De Keur/ Florida in Vierlanden.

TNDN2690 – De Keur Avenue (Speed Hump)
That the placement of 1x speed hump along de Keur Avenue in the vicinity of the play park BE SUPPORTED and placed on the waiting list for ward allocation funding.
