Subcouncil 16 nominate Councillor Ian McMahon as an observer and Councillor Brandon Golding as an alternate observer, to attend the management body meetings as observers of Green Point City Improvement District (GPCID).
the names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor
