As previously mentioned, Lukannon Drive is owned and managed by Recreation and Parks. I am therefore unable to provide comments regarding the closure of this road. See attached email clarifying the confusion of ownership and responsibility.

RESOLVED that:
Cllr Elton Jansen is in the process of formulating a report to motivate to the Roads and Stormwater Department to take ownership of the section of road, and in so doing, comment on the proposal for closure of the road after sunset.
