RESOLVED that that a request for a new comprehensive report that will detail all relevant information that the official has provided and that a request for a capacity report of the Delft Main Road and also a pamphlet be issued out to the community speaking about the delay of the project and requested that the Executive Director be invited to attend our Subcouncil meeting upon the receiving of the comprehensive report to speak on the report and also the report on the “activities planned to be executed by the transport directorate within the Subcouncil 5 area financial year 2019/20 to 2021/22” BE NOTED
