That all these issues raised above be submitted to the Executive Director of Water & Sanitation, Mr Michael Webster for his attention.

That the Ward Assistance deal with all the C3’s that are older than 90 days and to group them into the different departments and submit to the depot’s to have it closed.

That the C3 notifications BE NOTED.
