Resolution detail

RESOLVED that:

It is recommended that Portions of Erf 38299 and Remainder Erf 38283 Cape Town in extent 18 m², indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3113v0, attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department (Energy and Climate Change Directorate) subject to the following conditions:
a) The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of an Electricity Substation only;

b) Electricity Generation and Distribution Department takes cognisance and agree to comply with the internal branch comments listed under Paragraph 9;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

All costs related to the reservation shall be for the account of the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department.

ACTION: Lemeeze Van Heerden
