It is recommended that:

a)       That Subcouncil 10 NOTE the Resumption of Normal Services Strategy document and communicate the contents thereof to Ward Councillors, Residents and other concerned and relevant stakeholders.

b)       The line department responded to the following concerns of councillors;

i)             How are the affected informal settlements going to receive water?

ii)            When this report was written the country was on level 1, now we are on level.  Is this decision still going to be implemented under Covid 19 level 3?
