MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
Cllr Heynes said it is not a must for Councillors to attend all day events and should not submit an apology for a Sub Council meeting in order to attend an event Cllrs need to prioritize their responsibilities with their mandate to service the communities in their wards.
With regards to the Park Buddies, Councillor Heynes indicated that there needs to be further discussions with Recreation & Parks Department.
Cllr J Fitz said at the Activity day it was agreed that Mzi Consultants would send a list of beneficiaries for wheelie bins, this has not yet occurred and must be followed up. |
