                RESOLVED
 
That it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Pappie Lucks Inn was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
 
Subcouncil 21 recommends that the application for a consumption Off Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA20070006, for a business Pappie Lucks Inn NOT BE SUPPORTED due to the comments received from the following line departments:
 
	- 
		Tess Kotze – Land Use Management Section: This application is not supported. The land use rights are not in place for the sale of liquor. Land use Management application is required.
 
	- 
		Nicolaas Benade – Fire and Life Safety: This application is not supported. The proposed business is planned to be operated from a residential property. No building plan is available for the change of use of the building, selling of liquor.
 
	- 
		Marilyn Holding – Liquor Enforcement: This application is not supported. Premises is not zoned for business and still under construction. The road is very narrow it will make deliveries very difficult.
 
	- 
		Sgt MJ Mothibedi – Kuilsriver SAPS: this application is not supported.
