UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
 
That the content of the report relating to service requests for the month of December 2020 BE NOTED, subject to an extract of 90 days and older requests being provided to the ward assistants to analyse those which are very old or incorrectly logged per respective ward and that these be forwarded to the line departments to close and clear the obviously outdated information.
