That Subcouncil 21 supports and recommends to Council that the unallocated amount of R10 583, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to a new project, Camera – Subcouncil 21.

That the new project and 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2021 Adjustment Budget.
