Subcouncil 9 support and recommend to Council that the unallocated amount of R9 047, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to a new project, Office Equipment - Subcouncil 9.
The new project and 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
