It is recommended that :
a) Subcouncil 10 SUPPORT and RECOMMENDS to Council that the unallocated amount of R46 608, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to a new project, IT Equipment - Subcoucnil 10.
b) The new project and 2020/21 budget amendements be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
