It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 8 support and recommend to Council that the amount of R7 648 emanating from 2019/20 capital ward allocation balances, be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 8 support and recommend to Council that projects, WPX.0011592 Grants-in-Aid - Ward 83 (R50 000), WPX.0011603 Small Business Development - Ward 83 (R50 000) and WPX.0012562 Youth Skills Development - Ward 83 (R50 000) be cancelled and funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 8 support and recommend to Council that the 2020/21 project, CPX.0018280-F1: Establishment of Food Gardens - Ward 100 (R250 000), be transferred from the capital budget to the operating budget as set out in Annexure A.

The new projects and 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2020/21 Adjustment Budget.
