Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:

It is RECOMMENDED that the motion submitted by Councillor Gregory Peck BE SUPPORTED and that Subcouncil 24 approach the Director: Human Settlements to support the proposal and the Manager: Land & Forwarding Planning, Operational Policy and Planning to approach PRASA for the City of Cape Town to purchase the PRASA land at Firgrove Rural in Somerset West area (see attached map).

Mover: Cllr Gregory Peck and seconded by Cllr Victor Isaacs with no objections to the motion.
