That the Subcouncil forward the Line Departments the top 20, oldest outstanding C3 notifications to action and sort it out whether it has been dealt with and to close it if the complaint has been resolved.

That the Subcouncil will make use of the Cllrs, Ward Assistants to assist with sorting out the outstanding notifications and that training would also be provided via Skype to them.

That the C3 report be made available at the January 2021 Subcouncil meeting with the progress made.

That the C3 notifications be NOTED.
