RESOLVED

Subcouncil to follow-up on the Area Cleaning – Ward 84 project whether the scope included the recycling.

That the Area Cleaning project in Ward 95 should commence in the interim while the Subcouncil investigates why the two names for the supervisor position which is on the database but has been excluded for randomization.

That the savings left of all the projects once completed be utilized in Ward 109 towards the bushing clearing project in Macassar.

That Subcouncil 24 NOTES the attached expenditure report as set out in Annexure A.
