It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from THREE SIXTY RESTAURANT was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
 
SubCouncil 03 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA20100020, for the business Three Sixty Restaurant CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED:
 

  1. Building plans must be submitted for approval to the Building Management Development Department for any alterations/additions to the existing building.
  2. The applicant must apply for and be in possession of (1) a Trade License in terms of the Business Act No 70 of 1991 and (2) a Certificate of Acceptability for Food Premises in terms of Regulation R638 dated 22/06/2018 promulgated under the Foodstuffs, Cosmetic and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act 54 of 1972).
  3. At no time may a noise nuisance or a disturbing noise, as defined in the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations P. N. 200/2013 as promulgated under the Environmental Conservation Act, 1989 (Act 73 of 1989), be created to surrounding property owners.
  4. No smoking must be allowed on any public premises unless it complies with the Tobacco Products Control Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No 63 of 2008) and Notice Relating to Smoking of Tobacco Products in public places, Regulation No R975 dated 29 September 2000. In this regard Guidelines for the design of designated Smoking Areas, and requirements for artificial ventilation that serves smoking areas, can be obtained from your local Environmental Health Practitioner.
  5. Fire protection plan to be submitted to the Municipality.
