That sub-council 13 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND to council that the Unallocated amount of R47 126, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to the new project, Mobile Audio Visual-SC 13.
That the new project and 2020/21 budget amendments be INCLUDED in the January 2021 adjustment budget.
