It is recommended that

Subcouncil 7 support and recommend to Council that the amount of R57 206 emanating from 2019/20 capital ward allocation balances, as well as the savings amount of R11 955 emanating from project CPX.0017384-F1 Fencing - Schabort Crescent completed in the 2019/20 financial year, be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

b)      Subcouncil 7 support and recommend to Council that projects, CPX.0013177-F1 Upgrade Entrance - Philadelphia (R60 000) and CPX.0015736-F1 Mobile Clinic Site Upgrade - Klipheuwel (R20 000) be cancelled and funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

c)      The new projects and 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2020/21 Adjustment Budget.
