Resolution detail

It is recommended that:
 
It be NOTED that an application for liquor licence application in respect of Avion Aviation Group reference number LLA20090009 was considered and;
 
That the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 08 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor License, reference no. LLA20100006, for Avion Aviation Group be supported.
