Subcouncil 3

Resolution detail

1. That the Subcouncil endorses and approves a redrafted Subcouncil Ward Business Plan (SDBIP) for its area of jurisdiction as set out on the example - Annexure A attached.

2. That the ward councillors and the Chairperson of the Subcouncil submit progress/comments in respect of the projects identified in the Subcouncil ward business plans.

3.  That the Chairperson of the Subcouncil and Manager monitors the progress of the implementation of the Subcouncil ward business plans and submit a report on a quarterly basis to the Subcouncil via its Activity days for information purposes.
