RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the report on the Review of the Informal Trading Plan for Ward 59, Claremont.

Subcouncil 20 notes the request that the matter be deferred to allow the Ward Councillor (Cllr Iversen) to peruse that all Rules and Regulations have been addressed.

Subcouncil 20 supports that once Recommendation (b) is completed, the Subcouncil Manager in consultation with the Ward Councillor, exercises his Delegated Authority in terms of a recommendation to Mayco.
