Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule 24 4 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Brand 2 Consumer, Erf 13047, Unit 23, Westlake Lifestyle Centre, Cnr Bell Crescent and Westlake Drive, Westlake for the sale of liquor for Consumption Off Premises, Ref No: LLA20090017, NOT BE SUPPORTED, as the GI1 Zone does not permit office use or shop without Consent of Council.
