RESOLVED
Subcouncil 20 requests that this application for the disposal of vacant Erf 84126, situated at 3 Sasmeer Road, Retreat, be deferred to 2021 for an investigation to be undertaken in terms of the following aspects:
The letter written in 2016 by Ms Voskuil to be responded to by the Department.
That the public participation process be investigated, specifically the media used to advertise the proposal for disposal and letters written to the adjoining neighbours.
Subcouncil 20 requests that the Ward Councillor forwards all the documentation to the Department for the investigation to commence.
