PROGRESSIVE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE: OCTOBER 2020
The Acting Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the cumulative expenditure on Capital Budget projects which are coded for implementation within the boundaries of Sub councils is reported against the latest budget provisions via monthly Progressive Capital Expenditure Reports.
Alderman Antonio van der Rheede informed the members that project managers reported progress of the following projects at the Subcouncil Activity day held on 17 November 2020.

Cllr Ngcombolo has moved the carnival to 29 January 2021 – 13 February 2021 due to matric exams at NY 1116 Stadium Gugulethu. Logistics in place and SCM process in progress. Project Manager and Ward Cllr Bongani Ngcombolo to schedule meeting to further discuss programme

Cllr Moses thanked Mr Cedras for removing the sliding board.
Ald Antonio van der Rheede asked Mr Cedras that the netball strip be included into the Downberg precinct. Mr Cedras said he will communicate the request with Mr Lombard.
