Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that Portions of Erven 1098, 1100,1101, 1113-1116, 1119, 1124, 1127 and 1120-1122 Cape Town in extent 2058 m², indicated as ABCDEFGHJKL on Plan STC 3703, as Annexure “A” attached to the report, BE RESERVED for the Facilities Management Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the intended benefit of Metropolitan Police’s CCTV, Camera Response and Video Unit operation and office accommodation only;

2. Facilities Management Department takes cognisance and agree to comply with the internal branch comments listed under Paragraph 9;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Economic Opportunities and Asset Management Directorate.
