That the ward committee members quarterly reports for the period 1 July to 30 September 2020 BE NOTED, subject to:

The quarterly reports submitted be circulated separately to the relevant ward councilors and bound in the agenda

The members who have not submitted their quarterly reports be given until 30 November 2020 to submit their outstanding reports, failing which the process of termination be followed.
