That the official provide clarity on the N2 Project Interchange as to why the project is standing still in Ward 15.

That a site visit be arranged to the Helderberg Nature Reserve and the media be invited along to attend the site in Ward 84.

The Subcouncil will follow-up with the Project Manager on the Sidewalk Construction project in Ward 95 regarding the funds that was spent in Ward 96 instead of Ward 95.

That Melani Ohlson provide a progress report on the Public Transport Facility: Makhaza Mini Bus Taxi in Ward 96.

That the Subcouncil follow-up with the Department as to why the tender has been cancelled on the Macassar Flood Alleviation project in Ward 109.

That the official Siraaj Samsodien provide the timeframes in writing to the Subcouncil on the Deep Freeze: Services Formal Area-Macassar in Ward 109.

That an urgent follow-up be done on the Festival of Light projects for Wards 84, 96 & 109 if the projects are still going ahead due to Covid-19.

That the MURP projects be submitted in a PCER or other format mechanism in order to see the expenditure progress made thus far and to have it available for the Activity Day meeting with the relevant officials present as well as the ward committee agenda’s.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of September 2020 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
