It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) Event Liquor Licence received from Battswood Baseball Club Erf No, Chukker Road Sports Complex, Kenwyn Reference E20030023 was considered by the Subcouncil Manager in consultation with the Chairperson and affected Ward Councillor terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 17 SUPPORTS the application for an event liquor licence, reference number E20030023, for Battswood Baseball Club, Chukker Road Sports Complex, Kenwyn for the period 22 March 2020 - 31 March 2020 11h00am - 12h00am daily.
