RESOLVED
a) Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor Store, Shop 9 Rondebosch on Main, Main Road, Rondebosch, 7700 Ref No WCP039132/A for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, Mondays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00 for consumption off premises.
b) Subcouncil 20 takes cognisance of the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act regarding the sale of liquor can resume normally Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays 18:00 to 20:00 and 11:00 to 18:00 respectively (Extension of trading days and hours) only then can Resolution (a) be implemented.
