Subcouncil 20 in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Play Station by Rush, Erf 108052, Honeywell Road, Retreat for Consumption On Premises, Ref No LLA20080018, not be supported, as the General Industrial Zone does not permit the proposed use or sale of alcohol without Council’s Consent.
