RESOLVED
That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Saturday for off-consumption premises in respect of Pick ‘n Pay retailers in Ward 17 – reference number: 185626, BE DEFERRED by Subcouncil 22 for the following reasons:

The application is not in line with the current lockdown 1 regulations as implemented by National Government, once these regulations are amended the application with be reviewed.

Subcouncil office seek clarity which Pick ‘n Pay outlet is referred by this application as the current establishment has been closed in Ward 17
