UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND:

That the closure of the pedestrian opening with a gate leading from Pasita Street, Rosenpark to Melina Park BE SUPPORTED, subject to :

access to the park being from 06:00 until 21:00 daily
signage giving effect to the approved hours of locking and unlocking of the gate being fitted both sides of the fence
locking and unlocking of the gate being formalised in a written agreement with Rosendal Owners Association and CNI Armed Response
Residents being informed that no capital budget currently exists for the the installation of a gate and that the alternate options be conveyed as well as the possible timelines, should this be funded from City budget
