That the application for received from Ms. Galina Reed for a business licence for Health and Entertainment: devices: business premises with three or more electronic machines on Erf 4436, Shop 3 Camlew Centre, Cnr Wendlandt & Voortrekker Road, Parow 7500, Olimp Parow, BE GRANTED subject to the following standard endorsements for this category of licence.

The business license must be prominently displayed in a conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible to patrons, the public and Council officials at all times;

The business license is not transferable from person to person or from business to business;

The premises must comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control Act, Act 83 of 1993 at all times;

The Director: City Health reserves the right to call for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary;

The approval of this license does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licenses, conditions or statutory requirements;

The premises must comply with the requirements of the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations P.N. 200 of 2013;

Authority be granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary license granted above;

Should smoking be permitted the premises must comply with the requirements of the Notice relating to Smoking of Tobacco Products in Public Places, in terms of the Government Health Notice; Regulation 975 dated 29 September 2000;

Should complaints regarding noise emanating from the premises be received, the Council reserves the right to withdraw any approval granted in terms of this license application. It must be noted that at no time a noise nuisance or disturbing noise may be created, as defined by the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations (P. N. 200 of 2013). .
