RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from PUREGUEST HOUSE PTY LTD, was considered in terms of sub delegation authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA20090005, for the business Pure Guest House PTY LTD CONDITIONALY SUPPORTED:
Subject to:
1. The applicant is to attach proof of this consent approval to permit a guest house
on Erf 5877.
2. The premises have to comply with the requirements of a A5 occupancy as per
SANS 10400 – T:2011.
4. The building has to comply with the NBR and the By-Law relating to Fire Safety,
to be considered.
5. The submission of plans for any on site changes.
