RESOLVED
That Subcouncil 18 NOTES:

In terms of section 14(2) and (b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Act 56 of 2003:

Council resolve that erven 7876 and 5406 (unregistered portion of remainder erf 2047 Grassy Park), respectively situated at 298 and 300 Klip Road, Lotus River, GrassyPark in extent approximately 914m² and 1033m², zoned Single residential 1: Conventional Housing, shown lettered ABCD on the Plans :OS 2037 and LIS 2036( Annexure A1 and A2),not be required for the provision of the minimum level of basic municipal services;

Council confirm that the fair market value of the asset described in (a)(i) and the economic and community value to be received in exchange for the asset described in (a) (i) have been considered.

In terms of Regulation 5(1)(b) of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations (MATR), R.878 promulgated on 22 August 2008, Council approve in principle the transfer of erven 7876 and 5406, situated at Klip Road, Lotus River, Grassy Park as described in (a)(i);

Erf 7876 and erf 5406 situated at Klip Road, Lotus River, Grassy Park be transferred of by public competition, subject to conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in the exercise of her delegated authority;
