Resolution detail

RECOMMENDED that,
 
Erf 307 Ocean View situated at Gemini Way, Ocean View in extent 2765 m² and indicated as ABCDEFG on Plan LT 1657v0, attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Public Transport Operations Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of development of a Taxi Rank for the operational management of public transport vehicles (minibus taxis), the movement of public transport users as well as the general public;

2. The Public Transport Operations Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation; 

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Public Transport Operations Department
