It is recommended that:

Subcouncils note the process for the review of the Organisational Performance Management system and give input, if necessary and recommend it to the Executive Mayor together with Mayco for submission to Council as part of the annual review process.

That Ald M Nieuwoudt submit her comments and input to the Subcouncil 2 manager for it to be consider within the Annual Review of Organisational Performance Management System (OPM).

That a skype meeting be arrange with all councillors to formulate its input for the Annual Organisation Performance Management System (OPM).
