That the Reservation of Erven 7018,7019,7020, 7021 and 8338 Kraaifontein: Human Settlements Directorate (Housing Development) BE NOT SUPPORTED as this is a substantial amount of land available and it needs to be taken in consideration that the administration need for the enhancement of the City own facilities as well as the adjacent community and it is not planned in any planning document;

That a workshop be arranged to have a more in depth discussion with Spatial Development and the local planning department.
