With reference to delegated skype meeting held, 1 October 2020 the following has been resolved.
It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for liquor licence application in respect of Sthole’s Tavern reference number LLA20090002 was considered and;
That the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 08 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor License, reference no. LLA120020007, for Sthole’s Tavern (PTY) LTD be supported.
Above submission supported subject to COVID-19 Regulation Compliance.
